StayWell works with your complex problem or challenge, provides strategic thought leadership into service planning and design engaging with key communities or stakeholders to take a deep dive into a service or population group to create person centred solutions

Our interest and speciality is in health care design and commissioning of health / population health services. We pride ourselves on solutions that respond to improving the quality and equity of outcomes for individuals or populations.

We can help you in delivery of everything from entire projects, specific work streams to more discrete pieces of work.

Service commissioning 

From strategic planning, designing and procuring services through to monitoring and evaluation we can complete an end-to-end service commissioning process for a health service, or assist with any part of the commissioning cycle. This might include co-design with your service or end users.

Facilitate the solving of complex problems 

Health is a complex and dynamic environment which is going through a significant period of change and upheaval. We are able to provide ‘fresh eyes’ into a problem where there may have been sustained performance challenges or issues.

Complex Needs Assessment 

Taking a deep dive to help understand how the performance of a service offering can be improved and future options for integrated service offering.

Strategy Development

Taking an ‘umbrella view’ of a service, understanding data and key performance indicators and developing long term options to improve performance and service integration. Alternatively, this might include helping your organisation to position itself as part of an ever-changing health environment.

Service Reviews 

Reviewing a service to identify opportunities for service improvement, improving equity, responding to access barriers or dealing with sustained performance challenges. We use a range of qualitative and quantitative tools which could include use of social media or other online tools to better engage with your communities.

Interim Management, Senior Leadership and Direction 

The StayWell team have a depth of experience in managing change in challenging environments and have contributed to a number of senior leadership roles.  This skill set has been utilised by our clients to assist with strategy development e.g. Covid Elimination Strategy, the establish of new national entities e.g. Public Health Agency and to lead sector engagement on covid related programmes e.g. establishment of the COVID Vaccination Programme.
